In this last week of September (2023) the heat arrived with force and has already shown what our summer will be like, so we thought it was important to reinforce some basic tips for caring for little ones.

☀️ Insist on learning!

The first tip is simple: be patient and insist on learning. It's important to remember that children won't learn overnight. Therefore, moms and dads must be very persistent. Repeatedly teach children the importance of sun protection. They, like their parents, need to understand that these precautions are HABITS and not just for a day at the beach or pool.

☀️ Shall we set aside a toiletry bag?

One tip that can help raise awareness and make these prevention habits more practical is organization. Separate a toiletry bag for adults and another for children. This way, products will be properly separated and ready to use. A stick sunscreen can be a good investment, as children tend to accept stick sunscreen better than a sticky, greasy product that's more difficult to reapply.

☀️ Extra protection is never too much!

UV shirts are very effective against solar radiation for children and offer good extra protection. For girls, there is a wide variety of long-sleeved bikini tops on the market. Sunscreens need to be reapplied frequently, especially for children, but UV shirts offer permanent protection and are chemical-free.

☀️ Finally, don't forget a hat and sunglasses. With these measures in place, your kids will be well protected and ready to enjoy a beautiful sunny day! 😎🌴
